- Proposal support department: Hanoi.
- Request content from Customer: Account [email protected] on Outlook does not display the Group folder. (Refer to attached photo).
- Reciprocal GMO:
Step 1: Confirm the problem.
Step 2: Check Teamview.
Subject: [email protected].
Step 3: Looking for the cause and finding a solution, will support again on the afternoon of December 27, 2023.
- Result: Ticket has not been resolved. GMO is checking again.

Cause: The account [email protected] is a shared mailbox.
Shared mailbox will not display folder groups.

Fix: Account [email protected] must convert to user.
